Upper Canada Dark Ale

Upper Canada Dark Ale is a %5.0 dark ale brewed by the Sleeman brewing company under the name Upper Canada Brewery in Guelph, Ontario. It has a nice dark almost maple syrup hue to it and is a bit more bitter than I’am used to but I’am starting to really enjoy bitter beers. It has a good taste cool clean crisp finish the aroma was a bit carmely but not really sweet I had this on Canada Day just before fireworks and after a hot day fishing on the lake it was just the right thing. Thanks to a friend for bringing it to the cottage.
