Cooking With Beer

Ok I’ve been playing around with a couple Beer marinating recipe’s

 

So Far the best winner is a

1 kg marinating steak from Metro (Must be a good cut nearly no fat or at least a good marbling .)

¼ of a lager (from a 330ml bottle. A 341ml bottle works t.) 

1 squeeze of French’s mustard.

1 piece of garlic diced finely,

½ tsp of ground salt.

½ tsp of finely ground pepper,

1 tsp of ketchup

 and 3 dashes of chilli pepper ground.

 

I have been playing around with this recipe for over a year it is not yet perfected but suggestions are welcome I’am working also on 2 other recipe’s one for venison and 1 for chicken/ pork
