Sgt Major Indian Pale Ale
Sgt Major Indian Pale ale is something I’ve been meaning to try for about 2 years now. Like most traditional IPA’s it’s a little bitter but has a good crisp taste to it. Its a %5.5 IPA brewed by the Scotcch Irish Brewery of Ontario. It has a bitter taste with hints of fruit does nicely on a hot day and goes well with a traditional English meal (AKA Meat Potatoes and gravy thick enough to choke a rat) It also does good with salted fries as I accidentally found out. It has an almost amber orangy colour to it. It is also served in a stubby bottle which I’am a fan of mostly for the novelty but as boris beer review proved the packaging purchases are a little risky. This however wasn’t a risk and I recommend it to all IPA fans.
