Pearl River Zhu Jiang Beer
This is in my honest opinion(took a second not to type IMHO take that internets) one of the best things to come on of china since they started making the G.I. Joe action figurines there in the early 90’s instead of the U.S.A. BTW (damn the internet wins again) I really hope that movie doesn’t butcher the franchise; but Star Trek as the random blog section shows is given me a chance to let reinvents come and I will judge them as there own entities on there own merit. I still say the guy who played McCoy should be given an award for nailing the Character to the point that I could close my eyes and see DeForest Kelley saying the same thing in the same way with the exact same look on his face. Anyway Pearl River Beer I’am making myself restrain the jokes I have about Chinese people’s habit of singing Moon River while tanked and a Karaoke bar but I like to seem a little more professional. Its a 5.3% Lager with a sweet taste to it with a bit of a molasses hint, with a cold crisp taste that is better ice cold than warm. It also is real smooth(yes that is an actual term not part of the death of the English language)with no aftertaste. It has a clear pale golden colour to it and is something I would highly recommend which is surprising since the last Chinese beer I had will I would in a completely Canadian way that is usually reserved for American beer is that Moose piss tastes better. This whoever was a pleasant surprise and I have to say has a very reminiscent flavouring of Tiger Beer so its getting high marks in my books
