Bavaria of Holland Light

Ok this is going to be short since I’ve done the history of the brewery already for this company. Bavaria Light is a %4.0 lager that is smooth, crisp tasting and refreshing. Being a light beer it is a little watery but not overly such. Basically like Bavaria regular its cheap it comes in Tall Boys and its everywhere and it will get you there. That’s basically it unfortunately. This will also be the podcast beer this week since I don’t have anything else in the apartment at this time and I used the Maclay’s for the rabbie burns day podcast on Monday.

Bavaria of Holland

This is a beer I tend to grab on the go its not bad it cheap and it comes in tall boy's. I think it is in every LCBO that I have ever been to and therefore must be a good thing. You would assume that and you would be right. It is a %5.0 lager brewed in the Nederlands. It is listed by the company as part of there low alcohol lager's line. One of there other products is Bavaria 8.6 which is %8.6 alcohol so I wont argue. The history of the company is pretty interested starting from humble family routes to FIFA sponsorship's, to price fixing convictions; along with Heineken and Grolsch in 2007. The beer itself though has a nice golden colour tasting of hops and has a bitter aftertaste. I would definitely recommend it.
